I have some problems with Vista... but there is a way to play this game too...
- install patch v1.1
- copy fixed exe to instal folder
- set windows xp in compatibility mode and its done (preferences - compatibility)
- play

Patch and Fixed exe v1.1 (you can apply in winXp too)
